Winter Olympics
From February 12-28 all of Vancouver is ceding our city over to the rest of the world for the Winter Olympics. Beyond all the discussions about money spent and the myriad issues surrounding the Games, they are coming and they are going to happen. The bottom line is that we just have to deal. If there is one city that, IMHO, has lead the charge of citizen journalism-media-coverage it’s Vancouver. Between Raincity Studios and NowPublic we have either supported or provided coverage of the Olympics that cannot be beat.
