When I got back from vacation I knew I had to see The Dark Knight as soon as I could. Come on you all knew that was coming, right? I don’t think I’ve missed a comic-based movie in years. Thursday night I went to see it, as I tweeted, and I was blown away.
I went to see the action, to see Heath Ledger’s performance, for the experience. I left thinking about only one thing though: Heath Ledger deserves an Oscar.
Not because of his tragic death, because of the amazing acting. I’m sure most of you have seen it by now, and I would wager that many of you would agree with me.
Funny thing is, that this morning I turned on Space and there was a program on the Dark Knight that was focused on Heath’s role.
That, of course, got me in the mood to post this.
Which is a hell of a lot better than packing.
